5 piece Mandolin

Here is the assembled Lettuce Wraps plate

1. To make the filling I found that with this lean chicken meat it is better to pan simmer the meat. This means put the meat in a saute pan with the garlic and add a cup of water and simmer the meat till it is done and the water has reduced by half or less, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another minute to let the flavors mix. Don't over cook or the meat will dry out.

2. I love my mandolin for this task. It shreds perfect in a minute

Do the same with the radishes. It just takes practice to shred these awkard little ball shapes.

4. You can serve them on a platter and let everyone build their own wrap or divide them up on everyone's plate and it becomes a nice garnish.

Assemble on a plate with 4 lettuce leaves i used Butter Lettuce.

This is a simple and flexible dish. The idea is a healthy canvas for your creative ideas.
