Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Bread Dip

Request: when mixing balsamic oil and
vinegar for a bread dip, what are
the proper ratios and which do
you add first.

Sue

HI Sue,
Well the two don't really mix. The vinegar goes to the bottom. So it is not real critical the amounts.
I would just do about 2 parts Olive oil ...to 1 part Balsamic vinegar. I usually just pour the oil and vinegar into a shallow bowl. I don't even mix them.

It is so good , umm I can taste it right now with some fresh focaccia bread.

Good luck with the dip,..Happy cooking ventures.

Stephen
