Italian Baked Beans

1 lb of beans I use a combination of anastazi, white, pinto, red, and black
Use any combination you want.
Soak them over night.

The next day drain and cook in:

1quart of chicken stock
1 large yellow onion  chopped coarsely
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup garlic minced
1/4 cup garlic whole cloves
3 bay leaf   
1/8 cup of Italian  seasoning (oregano, basil, marjoram)
1/2 oz of fine ground Italian or French roast coffee
1/2 oz of bakers chocolate ground fine

Cook for 2 hours on low simmer.
