Lindsay's Salsa

Ingredients:

6 Roma Tomatoes
1 large Jalapeno
6 green onions
1 bunch Cilantro
2 limes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt

1. Chop tomatoes in slices first

2. Chop them small about 1 / 4 inch dice.

3. Seed and cut the white part out of the jalapeno, unless you want the salsa unless you want a lot of bite.

4. Dice fine the jalapeno and add to the tomato.

5. First cut the green onions in half.

Hold together and dice into small wheels, and add them to the bowl.

6. Cut coarsley the cilantro leaves off the head, close to the stems, avoiding the large stems. Rock the knife back and forth over the cilantro until it is finely diced.

7. Squeeze the lime juice into the salsa. Avoid the seeds.

8. Mix everything together well, and add the salt, garlic salt and onion salt. This is all optional and to taste. Chill for 1 hour.

9. Serving suggestion here.
