Dilled Black Kale This is a great dish to use as a bed for roasted lamb or pork chops Ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh Black Kale or Chard 1. Cut the chard down the long way, and then chop into approx. 1 inch chunks. Cut all the way down including the stems. 2. Saute the onions in olive oil, add the dill, cinnamon and 3. Add the stems and cook for about 2 minutes stirring often. 4. Add the leaves and continue to cook and stir for a few minutes. Add the chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper and finish with a nice vinegar if desired. It works well as a bed for chops, chicken or roasted meats.
