Project coordinators Isaac Frierichs Nouel ( Wing) Omamalin Stephen Block The purpose of this project is to offer a page of views, articles and resources for aspiring chefs. Also as a place to contact other CIT's. (chefs in Training) One day I was thinking of what the difference was from home cooks to chefs. As I went home to visit one summer, I watched my mom in the kitchen as she freaked out because she didn't have a certain ingredient and had my dad go to the store to get it. He had to do this a number of times. As I observed this, one thought came to mind. What separates home cooks from chefs is that we are like an artist. We cook to our creativity and mood.
