In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix ,flour, brown sugar,salt and butter.
Mix well with your fingersuntil fine crumbs form.
Mix in caraway, and raisins ;add the buttermilk or milk and beaten eggs .
Stir until well blended.
Shape into 2 pie or cake tins
Bake in a 375F oven until deep golden, 30 to 35
Serve warm or cool.
