Ideas for Left Over Chicken

Lets say that you baked a whole chicken the night before and today there lies the carcass.

There is not much to make a meal with, but there is too much to throw away.

Here is an idea,

Fill the baking container with water and cover with plastic wrap. Cook in the microwave for 20 minutes. This moistens up the bones and makes for easy removal of the chicken from the bones.

You also get a nice stock from the bones. If you want to continue to make a richer stock then plunk the bones in some cold water after you remove the good chunks of meat.

Here are 2 ways to go
