Ingredients:
1 pound beef liver, cut into 4 slices
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 large onion cut into thick slices
2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin slices.
Directions:
1. Sprinkle liver with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in large skillet. cook liver slices in butter about 3 min each side.
Remove; keep warm.
3. Add onion and apple slices to skillet, cook turning frequently, until onions are lightly browned.
