Ingredients; 2 cups macaroni noodles |
1. Salt and pepper sprinkled on before rolling up.
2. Place a strips of beef steak on meat board then salt and pepper 1 strip of bacon on top of meat . one onion fan , roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
3. Brown in frying pan with left over bacon strips .
Remove to a Dutch oven . To the browned drippings add some water to loosen stock on bits .
4. Pour this over the rollups and bake covered for 3 hours till done.
5. with some of the broth about 2 cups
cook up a 2 cups of macaroni drain ,and pour over cooked macaroni in a casserole dish , then sprinkle with parmesan
cheese and bake for 1 hour and sever this with the beef steak birds and also cle slaw and mashed potatoes
and what ever desert you wish to sever .
