Recipe donated by Sabine Penna, a sausage maker in Germany.
When asking her what this is used on she said it is a good all around seasoning salt.

3 Tblsp. pepper Black or White
1 Cup Kosher Salt
1 Tblsp . (substitute 2 kg celerysalt if no Glutalin available)
2 teas 1/2 Ginger
2 teas 1/2 Nutmeg
1 Tblsp. Paprika, sweet
1 Tblsp Paprika, hot

Mix well and store cool in airtight jars.

For those who do not like it hot, they can use 1 Tbsp sweet paprika!
