1 cup German Beet Sugar Crystals

you will need a 1 quart saucepan

Here I have 1 cup of Teavana German Sugar Beet Crystals

Teavana German Rock Cane Sugar (1 lb)

Bring the sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 -15 minutes
until the mixture is syrupy.

I am testing the syrup for texture. If it pours like water I boil it for a few more minutes.
