Ingredients:
3/4 lb (3 Cups) green beans stemmed and snapped in half.
1 lb (4 cups chopped) of Potatoes cooked and cut in chunks any type of potato.
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 cups Buttermilk
2 teasp fresh grated Ginger or
1 teasp. ground Ginger
2 tablsp fresh Dill chopped, or 1 Tblsp dried Dill Weed (optional)
Hot sauce like Tobasco ( if desired)
Salt and Pepper
For Garnish
Dill sprigs
Paprika

Directions:
1.Add the potatoes, ginger, in the stock until they are soft.
2. Lift out the potatoes and puree, in blender or bowl with wire whisk and
reserve.
3. Add the green beans and cook until just tender.
4. Add the buttermilk and pureed potatoes and bring back to a simmer.
5. Taste and add salt , pepper, chopped dill, and hot sauce if desired.
6 Add Garnish, dill springs , a shake of paprika
