1 sheet of puff pastry about 6 by 6 inches
Layout the puff pastry sheet. Cut 1 inch strips off the sheet. This will be come your sides.
3. Brush the pastry with the egg white. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes to brown.
4. Spread the egg and cheese mixture in the center. Then lay the asparagus in a row on top. Top with chopped red onion and cherry tomato quarters. Bake the tart for 20- 25 min at 375 degrees till set.
5. Top with fresh snipped dill weed. Cut into quarters and serve.
