Ingredients: 4 slices of flank steak |

Put all these ingredients inside the flank steak then roll it up and close with a toothpick or threat. Brown in a little bit of oil, then make a roux (add flour and water to the pot) and make a gravy, simmer for 30 minutes or until its done. You can also use a Knorr gravy packet.
Makes 4 servings.
It's great served with Spätzle!
