Developing Your Own Signature Hamburger
(Creating Food History for your Family)

The Lettuce Wrap Burger

This Burger we developed because my wife is watching carbs and fats.
We have used low fat cheese, Mayo and the burger is made from lean beef.

Here are the components.

a quarter pound burger ,two nice sturdy Romaine Leaves, catsup and low fat mayonnaise,
red onion, pickle and tomato.

Here we put them together and wrapped it in a paper towel for a nice walk around meal.

Also we can serve on a plate with some BBQ-grilled potato wedges.
