Catalina Dressing
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup water,
1/4 cup oil (corn oil, or olive oil)
1/8 cup vinegar ( cider preferably)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 t mustard
Mix well.
For a creamy Russian style dressing,
add 1 t of mayonaise or 2 for creamier.
This dressing works well when you get to the end of a catsup bottle.
I mix everything into a glass measuring cup with a spout, except the catsup (which is in the bottle).
Pour the ingredients into the catsup bottle and shake.
