Microwave
potatoes until almost tender.
Cool and slice into wedges or slices on the bias.
Brush
liberally with Marinara sauce.
Sprinkle
chopped herbs and garlic on the potatoes
Bake
for 20 min. or until lightly browned.
Dust
with Parmesan if desired.
Serve
on a platter with the rest of the toasty warm Marinara sauce for dipping.
