Zwiebel Torte  
(Onion Turnover)

Preheat oven to 400
2 cups flour  
1 Tbl sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup plus 3 Tbl cold butter
1/3-1/2 cup cold water
Mix dough and refrigerate.

6 cups sliced onions
1 1/2 tsp rosemary and same of thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbl mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
cook onions and spices until golden.  Add broth and some pepper and cook until liquid is absorbed.  Cool, beat eggs, stir in cream, mustard, bread crumbs, cheese and then onion mix.
Divide dough into 6 pieces. roll each into 6 inch circle. Put 1/2 cup on each circle and fold over and seal. Brush with egg wash. Bake 20-25 mins.
