SCHLESISCHE KASETASCHEN : SILESIAN CHEESE CASES 6 servings. 1 ( 10 oz.) package frozen puff paste patty shells, thawed Roll out patty shells to approximately 8 inch diameter. Beat together cream cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, raisins and egg yolk. Divide cheese filling in 6 equal portions, placing one in center of each round. Bring 6 equidistant points on outer edge to center, one at a time, moistening with water and pressing together lightly to seal. Place cases on ungreased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 450 F.
