Rosemary:
The scent of rosemary fills a room, and entices the sense of smell.
Medieval women scented bath water with rosemary to allure men. Apparently, rosemary plays on humans scent memory the strongest tie to emotional experiences. If executed properly, a Pavlovian call to love might occur from simply a whiff of this potent herb.

Rosemary Chicken

1 Whole body Fryer ( 3 1/2 to 4 lb.)
1 package rosemary springs
Olive oil

Spice Rub Mixture

Fresh Cracked pepper
1 teaspoon salt (coarse or kosher salt preferebly)
chopped rosemary sprigs
1 lemon (grate peel to make zest)
1 teasp. lemon zest

Directions;

Place chicken on a roasting pan.
Rub the chicken with olive oil
Rub the chicken with the spice mixture
place the whole lemon and half of the rosemary sprigs and stuff inside the cavity.
Roast chicken for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees or until , juices run clear or 155 degrees.
Garnish with remaining rosemary springs.
