ADD YOUR OWN TOUCHES TO PERK UP CANNED FOOD

To canned Black Bean Soup, add a tablespoon or two of sherry and top
with finely chopped onions and hard cooked egg.

To canned Chowder, add freshly chopped cilantro and crisp bacon bits.

To canned Tuna, add mayonnaise, capers, and a touch of fresh lemon
juice.

To canned yellow corn, add chopped yellow pepper and chopped mango.
Serve in a leaf of red lettuce.

To canned Chickpeas, add freshly chopped scallions and diced tomatoes.

To canned pears, add pureed frozen raspberries and serve in a wine
glass with a dollop of whipped cream.
