Frosted Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS:
one head of cauliflower
1 /2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of prepared mustard (plain old French's works best).
1 cup of sharp cheddar
DIRECTIONS:
Break cauliflower into florets and cook until just barely tender. Drain and arrange in 2 qt casserole dish. Turn the oven on to 350F. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with prepared mustard . Spread this evenly over the cauliflower. sprinkle cheese over the dressing and cauliflower. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted - about 15 minutes.
