3 (15.5 ounce) cans French cut green beans, drained

2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.

½ cup chopped green onions

1 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz. cream cheese melted

8 ounces shredded Jack or Mozzarella Cheese

2 tablespoons garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. Melt the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl with a 2 tblspoons water.
blend till smooth

3. Pour the green beans, green onions, artichoke hearts, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Blend in melted cream cheese, Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to blend everything thoroughly. Top with the grated jack or Mozzarella cheese then cover the top with plastic wrap (don't let the plastic wrap touch the sides of the dish), then aluminum foil. This keeps the cheese from sticking to the foil. The plastic wrap doesn't melt onto the food at all.

5. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove the plastic wrap and aluminum foil, and bake for another 15 minutes to brown the top slightly.
