Balloon Wine
Ingredients: 1 package of dry active yeast 4 cups sugar I use 2cups of sugar with canned juice ( don't use citrus juices) 1 12oz. Can of frozen concentrate juice 4 quarts cold water 1 sterile gallon glass jug 1 large latex balloon Directions: 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in jug adding a bit of juice. 2. Add the rest of the juice. 3. Put balloon over mouth of jug and a rubber band to hold balloon in place around the next of the jug. 4. This will take about two to four weeks to work . 5. When the balloon goes down after its done working its ready to drink . 6. Or you can siphon the wine into clean bottles and store in a cool place Sonja Boeringer
