Eis = ice and Tortchen= tiny cake

250 gr Palmin
200 gr Powder Sugar
100 gr Cocoa
1 Vanilla Sugar

Melt the Palmin in a pot, better yet in a double boiler.Stir in the sieved powder sugar and vanilla sugar slowly.At the end add the sieved cocoa untill you have a good choclate mass. Fill into small forms and
lay them in the snow or put them into the freezer.
