Fisch Broetchen
German air fried breaded fish sandwich
with Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Fish Filets
Cod, Tilapia Snapper

Breadimg:
Cornstarch or Flour
Breadcrumbs
Season Salt
Egg
milk
Worchestershire Sauce

Broetchen
Lettuce
Remoulade Sauce

Directions:


1. Cut the fish in the size pieces that will fit nicely in the Broetchen that you are using.

2. Set up your breading station similar to what I have done here.
I mix the eggs with the milk and the worchestershire sauce. I mix the season salt in with the bread crumbs.
I first dip the fish in cornstarch. If the fish is not dry, the egg won't adhere to it.

3. Then coat with the egg mix, and then in the seasoned bread crumbs.

4. I load the Air Fryer, spray with non stick spray and then cook on 375 for 5 minutes. Flip the fish and cook another 3 minutes. The times may vary depending on your Air Fryer, so it is good to check it frequently until you find the sweet spot.

5. Here are the beautiful air fried fish ready to place on the Broetchen with crisp lettuce and beautiful creamy Remoulade sauce.

6. I like to put a bit of Remoulade on the bottom bun, then the lettuce, fish chunks how ever many you want, then more remoulade, lettuce and the top bun. There are so many variations to this sandwich.
