Krab Friladeller

Ingredients:

12 oz Surimi Imatation Crab
1 Egg beaten
2 slices bread, preferebly dried
1 cup milk

Veg Seasoning:
1 cup minced Onion
1 cup minced Bell Pepper mixed colors
1/2 cup Green Onion chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Butter
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 cup White Wine
1/4 cup chopped Parsley

Breading:
Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil and Butter for Frying

Sirachia Remoulade Sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Capers
1 boiled Egg chopped fine
1/4 cup chopped Cornishons
or Sweet Pickle Relish
1/4th cup minced Purple Onion Squeeze out the bread with a towel and add to the Surimi
1 tablespoon, chopped fresh Parsley
1 tablespoon Sirachia Sauce

Directions:

1. Flake the Surimi (Imatation crab), add the beaten egg, Soak the bread in the milk till fully hydrated.

2. Squeeze out the bread with a towel and add to the Surimi.

3. Saute the vegetables in the oil and butter with the garlic, till tender and add the white wine and reduce it till it is a thick sauce on the vegetables.

4. Add the vegetable mix and parsley and mix well until you feel you can get a nice patty.

5. Make the mix into 6 patties, bread each in the bread crumbs, then fry them in the oil and butter on medium heat till nicely browned on each side. They should be done by then.

7. Serve with Remoulade sauce and garnish with chopped parsley
