Schnee Pralinen

7 ounces Milk Chocolate

10 ounces Dark Chocolate

4 Ribs of Palmin (may use 4 oz of shortening or 1 stick of butter)

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Optional : Cornflakes, slivered almonds, rice crispies, raisins.

 

 

Slowly melt the chocolates and the Palmin in a double boiler. Add the vanilla extract. Let cool for a moment. Fill chocolate molds with liquid chocolate mix and let cool in the freezer. Store in airtight container in the fridge.

Variation:

Add

crushed corn flakes
slivered almonds
rice crispies
raisins or other dried fruit.
before chilling. Then place small mounds of chocolate mix on cookie sheet and place in freezer until firm. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
