German Beer Bread

This is a very simple and wonderful bread donated by my friend Charlie Kilo. He says you can add anything you want to the bread such as cheese, or jalapeno, sun dried tomato, or fruits like dried apricots and raisins. He says to be sure and use a flavorful beer, and not a light beer or lightly flavored like Budwieser.
