Krabben-Frikadellen
(German stle crab cakes)

This maybe the only recipe you will find for this. I dont find any recipe for this in Germany, although there may be a Krab Burger or something similar.

What is so unique about the Frikadeller is the seasoning and the binder, sauted onions and parsley and the panade, or bread soaked in milk.

Fried in Bread crumbs like a Frikadeller and served with a popular sauce in Germany called Remoulade sauce that is similar to Tartar Sauce.

15 inch Heavy Duty Cast Iron SKilllet

This is made by Amazon Basic, they
have their own brand. This is an extremely popular Skillet

!2 Inch Cast Iron Skillet

This is a very popular skillet, that I like also because it has a nice lid. I use the lid all the time.

Flake the Surimi (Imatation crab), add the beaten egg, Soak the bread in the milk till fully hydrated.

Squeeze out the bread with a towel and add to the Surimi

Saute the vegetables in the oil and butter with the garlic, till tender and add the white wine and reduce it till it is a thick sauce on the vegetables.

Add the vegetable mix and parsley

And mix well until you feel you can get a nice patty.

Make the mix into 6 patties, bread each in the bread crumbs, then fry them in the oil and butter on medium heat till nicely browned on each side. They should be done by then.

The sauce is great a remoulade ...

Add just a bit of Sirachia and you add a bit of kick to it.

Serve with Remoulade sauce and garnish with chopped parsley

This is an alternative to sauteing the Krab Frikadeller

Use an Air Fryer.

My favorite is the Gourmia Air Fryer.
It's simple looks are decieving.
I find some larger air fryers complicated.
This is perfect for 2 people and does most everything I want it to. There are lots of techniques you will learn as you go.
